Meet Your PTO Executive Board Members!

The Field PTO is made up of dedicated parents, guardians, and teachers who generously share their time and talents to support school community. The PTO members listed below have volunteered to lead the Field PTO through the 2026-2027 school year. We hope you'll take a moment to get to know their names and faces. Please feel welcome to reach out with any questions.

Co-President: Nicole Hrycyk

Looking forward to another fun year! We've got a great Board and I'm excited to work with everyone. This is my 6th (& final!) year on the Board, having previously served as Treasurer & Co-VP. I enjoy being a behind-the-scenes organizer, but also love working with students! I've been a room parent, helped coach Follies, and helped plan the Culture Fair. My oldest, Zach, made the jump to Emerson for the 26-27 school year, and my youngest, Tessa, is in 4th grade. I work in health policy for a consulting company and have been involved with several non-profit Boards/organizations previously. My husband and I love to travel (with and without kids!), I’m an avid reader, and our weekends are usually taken up by sports for one or both of the kids!

Co-President: Olivia Fleming

I am very excited to be starting my second year on the board, first year as co-president! I am also the new lead for the pizza day committee! I am looking forward to all the ways to help and support the school and Field community. This year, all 3 of my kids will be at Field! I have Caroline (2nd), Poppy (1st) and Knox (K), and I'm excited for one drop off and pick up for the next 4 years! In my short tenure at Field, I have been a room mom, volunteered on the year book committee, and have spent Tuesdays helping serve pizza to the kids. I currently work part time from home for a therapy company, doing the onboarding for our rehab and corporate business lines. My hobbies include books, reading, and more books and reading. You will often find me sporting some kind of book merch. I am also open for book talk!

Co-Vice President: Sara Sweeney

I'm pumped to serve as co-VP along with Jen! This is my 2nd year on the board and feel privileged to collaborate with such thoughtful Field parents. I am a lifelong Niles resident and still live there with my husband, Brian, and our 3 kids - Ryann - 9th, Jake - 6th, and Rory - 2nd. That's right - each kid at a different school - lucky us :) Before joining the board, I contributed by participating in PTO meetings, helping out our room parents with class parties, serving as a scene coach for Field Follies, and helping plan a couple parent night out events. I work in corporate fleet management and when I'm not working, you can usually find me at one of the kid's sporting events. I look forward to meeting many of you this school year - whether at Field or around town!

Co-Vice President: Jennifer Ricchio

I am excited to serve as Co–Vice President this year alongside Sara! Last year, I served as a Member-at-Large, Room Parent, and one of the leads for the Halloween Committee, where I helped organize the Monster Mash.  I have three children: Louie, who will be starting at Emerson this year, Reese (third grade), and Benny (first grade).  Before becoming a stay-at-home parent, I worked in education as a Managing Director of a tutoring center. This year, I'm excited to return to the educational setting as a substitute for District 64.  I look forward to a wonderful school year and getting to know more of our Field families!

Co-Treasurer: Liz Bruss

This is my first year serving on the PTO and I'm looking forward to supporting the Field community! My oldest son, Charlie, will be in 2nd grade this year and we have two more coming (Theo, prek4 and JoJo, 2 yo). While my background was as a high school counselor for many years, I own and operate our small business, Le Village Cowork Des Plaines, including doing the day-to-day accounting. You will catch me this fall at flag football games, running the Chicago Marathon, and trying to survive 3 kids under 7!

Co-Treasurer: Marta Inciong

I am excited for my first year serving on the Field PTO board as a co-treasurer.  I have two kids at Field, my oldest, Julius going into 3rd grade and my youngest Maja (pronounced Maya) going into 1st grade.  Previous to the 26-27 year I have volunteered as a Field Follies coach, assisted Chess Club, worked pizza days and helped room parents when needed.  This year will also be my first year heading back to my career as an Internal Audit Consultant after taking several years to be full time caretaker of our little warrior Maja, who is a cancer survivor and a kidney transplant warrior. I am very excited for another year at Field and to get to know more parents in our school community.

Co-Secretary: Holly C.

This is my first year working on the board and I am looking forward to working more closely with the Field community. My son Leo is in 2nd grade and my daughter Lorraine will be starting at Field in the fall of 2026 (She is currently in preschool at St. Monica Academy.). I am a nurse practitioner working in cardiac surgery and also own my own medical aesthetics business. For my business, I have created monthly newsletters and dabbled in website creation and I am excited to use skills in this role. I am even more excited to get to have a partner-in-crime with Olivia as co-secretary.  My past involvement in the Field community includes volunteering  as a scene leader with Field Follies for the past 2 shows. This experience made me gain an even greater appreciation for all that the teachers and staff at Field do for our kids (and the immense amount of patience they all have, lol). In my free time, I enjoy traveling with friends and family, running, and gardening.

Co-Secretary: Shanyn Mas

I'm a mom of two Field boys, ages 5 and 7, and we're grateful to call the Park Ridge area home. As both a parent and a local Realtor, I love connecting with new families and helping people feel at home in our community.

Being involved is important to me because I believe our kids thrive when families come together to support their schools and create meaningful experiences. I'm passionate about helping provide a strong educational environment while making memories with our children along the way. I look forward to getting to know more families and being part of a community that continues to grow and support one another.

I am excited to be joining the PTO Board this year and to continue to be involved in this school community!  I'm a stay-at-home mom of four - three boys in Field in 5th, 3rd, and 1st grades, and a daughter starting part-time preschool.  Before staying at home with my kids, I was an elementary school teacher, which gives me a perspective I'm grateful to bring to the board.  At Field I've been a classroom Room Parent, helped with the Beautification Committee, and will be co-leading the Teacher Appreciation Committee this year.  Most days you can find me running between my kids' sports and activities - and I genuinely love watching them do what they love :)!  I'm looking forward to great year and getting to know the Field community even better!
